We are looking for an individual with experience implementing large scale program design and development, specific responsibilities include: capturing and refining business requirements and managing requirements handoff processes to our engineering teams. In this role, you will join a team of professionals developing Microsoft's approach to providing targeted learning plans to employees based on the skills required to be successful in their specific job. You will help build and roll out our repeatable processes for requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization across multiple initiatives, delivery and follow-thru. Partner with teams across WWL on a single approach to requirements capture resulting in Business Requirements Docs (BRD) Create and run regular triage meetings to prioritize business requirements across several initiatives into a single list Engage regularly with our engineering partners on sprint planning and engineering milestones including launch planning, UAT and deployment Manage trade-off conversations including risk mitigation and scope creep Manage user story creation across a defined persona set Ensure business requirements align to our business analytics including Voice of the Customer
Bachelor Degree in a STEAM or relevant Business Management discipline 3+ years of experience working on large-scale programs and initiatives with an emphasis on technical client engagement 1+ year of experience with VSTS, ADO or other requirements tracking tools 2+ years experience delivering business requirements to technical teams Demonstrated ability to execute a complex plan with many separate workstreams in a large/complex organization Predisposition to focus on details Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication
